Soil Health Training

for Technical Service Providers

Starting Spring 2022 on Oahu and continuing on neighbor islands until Fall of 2023

Technical service providers (TSPs) offer services to agricultural producers such as farmers, ranchers, and private forest landowners on behalf of the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). TSPs help these producers plan, design, and implement conservation practices or develop conservation activity plans to improve agricultural operations.

You can now become a certified TSP to develop a soil health management plan (SHMP, Practice No. 116) used to identify and document soil health resource concerns and develop a transitional cropping management plan to improve overall soil health.
