The Oʻahu Resource Conservation and Development Council (Oʻahu RC&D) is an independent non-profit entity that works closely with the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and was officially authorized by the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture in January 2001. We focus on improving quality of life and promotion of sustainable communities and businesses through the management and conservation of our precious natural resources and agricultural lands. The Oʻahu RC&D serves the island of Oʻahu. There are also RC&D’s located on Maui, Kauaʻi, and Hawaiʻi island.
