Ag Land Preservation Workshops

Preservation and Stewardship of Hawaii’s Agriculture Lands

Utilizing Federal, State and County Funds to Achieve Landowner and Community Goals

Oʻahu RC&D is pleased to announce a series of workshops exploring strategies and financial incentives to preserve and care for Hawaiʻi’s agricultural lands.  Attendees will have the opportunity to talk with land preservation experts from Federal, State and County agencies, local land trusts and conservation organizations, and hear from landowners who have decided to preserve their land.

All workshops will be held from 8:30am to 2:30pm.  Morning sessions include an overview of land preservation tools (including conservation easements and important ag lands), and the afternoon session includes round table discussions with our expert presenters.

A registration fee is required and covers refreshments and lunch.  If you are unable to pay with a credit card, please send an email to admin@oahurcd.org.  We will provide further instructions. Additional questions or problems about the registration process?  Call Oʻahu RC&D: 808-622-9026.
