The Green House is an environmental education organization.  Their mission is to educate children, adults, families, and communities in adopting sustainable living practices that build on traditional knowledge with respect for the ʻāina.

Since it’s inception in 2004, The Green House has provided environmental education and training in 3 main community areas:

1. School environmental education programs
2. Sustainability training programs with homeless and underserved populations
3. Community workshops for both adults and children, at our Pauoa Valley learning center on the weekends
