Work with Oʻahu RC&D

Oʻahu RC&D is a team of highly-motivated individuals passionate about local agriculture and land stewardship. Due to the federal funding freeze, we have paused hiring new positions. Before this freeze, we were hiring for the positions listed below. We hope to resume hiring soon.

  • Policy Fellow (Position Description). Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. The next deadline for consideration is January 31, 2024, 12:00 PM (noon) HST. The position will remain open until filled.
  • Equity and Indigenous Innovation Coordinator for HiCSC (Position Description). The next deadline for consideration is December 31, 2024, 12:00 PM (noon) HST. The position will remain open until filled.
  • Associate Director of Food Systems (Position Description). The next deadline for consideration is January 31, 12:00 PM (noon) HST. The position will remain open until filled.

The following positions have been filled:

  • West Oahu SWCD District Manager and Community Navigator (Position Description). The deadline for consideration is November 29, 2024, 12:00 PM (noon) HST.
  • FILLED – Grant Manager (Position Description). The next deadline for consideration is December 12, 2024, 12:00 PM (noon) HST. The position will remain open until filled.
  • FILLED – Farmer Grant Writer (Position Description). The next deadline for consideration is November 15th, 2024, 12:00 PM (noon) HST.
  • FILLED – Climate Smart Specialist (Position Description). The next deadline for consideration is June 26th, 2024, 12:00 PM (noon) HST.
  • FILLED – Indigenous Agriculture Conservation Specialist (Position Description), applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
